Default Soaring Accident Database?

Anyone know of a database of soaring accident statistics. For example a spreadsheet broken down into fields such as off airport, during landing, on tow, during contest etc. Would be interesting to study by sorting and filtering in various ways.

I use http://www.ntsb.gov/aviationquery/index.aspx. Plug in the dates
you want and "Glider" under Category.
