Another question for the (European members of the) group - 1 attachment
Was looking on an obvious site and saw this picture. Avoiding the obvious Q about circumstances, my real question is one that might only come from Mr.OCD - me. What's with the windmill that close to the location? Could this be a form of a windsock? If so, how prevalent is this across the pond? ...anyone? ..
