Congrats on taking your first step toward becoming a pilot!

Others will tell you all sorts of good websites -- but I'd like to invite
you to visit here often, and post as many questions as you can muster. The
..student group is good, too -- but .piloting attracts the most diverse
crowd.

One piece of advice: Don't worry about the inevitable flames you will
receive in response to virtually any topic. Simply sift the wheat from the
chaff, and take everything else with a grain of salt. There is much to be
learned here, if you can tune out the noise.
