Great customer service by Becker USA
A while ago my AR6201 developed a problem with reception. No, not the deaf ******* behind the stick.
Called Becker USA, who were not yet certified to repair the 6201. It needed to be shipped to Florida but they'd forward it to Europe. Becker USA sent a loaner AR6201 to use while mine was away. My radio was returned in good working order in a few weeks - amazing how you lose count when you have use of another radio - less than a month I know. Seems like great customer service to me! Jim
