Wurtsboro Airport will be hosting a Schweizer 1-26 Fun Meet again this spring - Saturday and Sunday, April 27 & 28.
Open to any and all 1-26 Pilots, young and old, new or experienced. Weather permitting, we will set tasks on both days that are achievable for novices while also providing a challenge for those who want one. Late April typically provides some of the best soaring at Wurtsboro, with high potential for strong ridge and thermal conditions. Check out the video from last year he http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5c-dl-b2Vdk Free camping, bathroom, shower, electric and internet access at the Airport and a Saturday night cook out - come join the fun! -Warren Cramer Last edited by Warren Cramer : February 26th 13 at 11:42 PM.
