Default Sigtronics Service

I want to offer public kudos to Sigtronics for their excellent service. One of
my backup/passenger headsets was a S-65 that I bought new in 1993 . . .
recently it began to have an intermittent short in one of the plugs.

I sent it to them for repair and today it came back fixed and with all new
cushioned headband, ear foam and gels, mic windscreen, and it looked brand new.

I paid $200 for it. This repair, 11 years later, was only $65.00.

I'd call that more than fair.
