Updated navigation log

Hi,

I have updated my navigation log spreadsheet to include pilot info, and
pilot log entries. Consider it a cheap version of electronic backup.
You can store your pilot log information in it, and backup the excel
file.

I will be adding some charts to show usage and distribution information
of flight hours (e.g. no. of night hours, no. of pic hours, etc) later.
