	boom mike. Now I can't find it. Anyone know where it's at? And are there similar products for David Clark's?  |

After a search and some help from this newsgroup I found them at Skyox in 
		
	
		
		
		
		
		
	
		 
		
	
	
	Michigan. They cost around $100.00 and there is a mounting stud that goes on the side of the headset earcup. The O2 tubing and nasal cannulas then work like a boom mike. It's a lot less cumbersome than using standard cannulas around the neck or over the ears, which always uncomfortable under a headset.  |

(The Bose mike boom *does* offer some cool possibilities. I once built an LED light with switch to go on the unused boom mike mounting point. I powered it from the headset's power pack.) Now I can't find it. I suspect you mean the Sky-Ox Bandit. I have a couple. The mount points are just stick-on. (I've considered making something more solid.) --kyler  |
