NYPDs New 412EP
http://www.rockawave.com/news/2003/1...unity/008.html Interesting that the ship is NOT in the traditional blue/white NYPD colors. And the N # is N23FH which I believe is dedicated to the 23 NYPD officers who died on 9/11. Thus "23 Fallen Heroes".
