Does anyone have any experience repairing the tailwheel on a Blanik L-23?
Ours failed, and it appears that it had been repaired before, so with all the cracks, etc., it doesn't look easily repairable. Photos available he https://www.flickr.com/gp/soar5z/LJnfXW Apparently Vitek ay Blanik America just got a response from the factory and not only do they not have a price, but will need 6 months to manufacture the part(s). And we've been waiting almost 2 months to get this answer. How about modifying for a fixed wheel? -Tom |
