Default Introducing the Mach 0.1 Glider Cockpit Simulator

Russell Holtz and Gliderbooks.com are excited to introduce the Mach 0.1 Glider Cockpit Simulator with integrated flight controls. The Mach 0.1 is designed to be used with Condor, and features an integrated stick, trim lever, adjustable rudder pedals, airbrake handle, gear handle, and panel mounted release handle.

In addition to the Mach 0.1, Russell has also developed a complete syllabus of flight training lessons that can be installed in Condor. For more information, check out the video at https://youtu.be/eJMbxqXiBkQ, or the Gliderbooks website at http://www.gliderbooks.com/training-sim.html.

Bravo. This hardware looks terrific.

I expect that it would encourage the student to take a serious attitude towards Condor based training. It counters the mistaken impression that Condor is a second rate video game.

Thanks Ben. I am going to bring one to the next BASA meeting if you want to check it out.

Nice! $1899 well spent, I'd say.

At my club we've converted the cockpit from a crashed Cirrus into a Condor simulator. It's great, but was a lot of work by skilled volunteers.
