Does anyone have experience and can recommend Becker radio (6201) configuration settings to allow for both use of a boom mic / speaker and headset connections? I have the boom mic / speaker working well but cannot transmit / receive in the headset.
Thanks. Jeff R. |

Wasn't there a recent thread about this?
With a Becker 6201 in an ASH26E I have wired both ring and tip of an 1/8" jack in parallel with the speaker and plugged earbuds in. Used the existing gooseneck mic, which works great. Jim |

There is an installation manual for the AR6201, available online, that has this information in detail (section 2-7). It's hard to give more specific advice because there are both wiring and software configuration options that interact and have to be set properly. In my motor glider this is ultimately controlled by a panel switch that specifies which mic is active. It seems to work well.
