Philadelphia Glider Council hosting Region 2 Ground School
What: Glider Ground School and Cross Country Seminar
When: January 31, February 7, February 14 and February 21 Whe Doylestown, PA Public Library Pearl S. Buck Room Presented by: The Philadelphia Glider Council Instructional Committee January 31-February 14 0930-1430 Ground School topics will include information required for Aeronautical Knowledge ground instruction required for FAR 61.105. Endorsements will be provided. Cost for all three sessions, including handouts and CD of presentations is $60. February 21 0930-1430 Cross country topics including Weather-Richard Kellerman Thermalling-Ken Kochanski Off-field landings-Bob Lacovara Competition flying-Bif Huss And more………with the Bronze Badge Test at the conclusion.
