 I could remove the one from my Ventus but its installed in the panel and would have to replace it anyway. So still looking!

Thanks Paul I have looked, and being a cheap glider pilot, had hopex to get it alittle cheaper. But having said that Im not to far from ordering
I dont really need it till June as that will be the first "trip" with the glider.CH ASW27

I understand completely. If it helps (probably doesn't) in the past, they sold new for $295. The cost and price went down when I re-ordered somewhat recently. They're still expensive, but not quite as bad. yes When I bought one, if not the first one, they were that or higher, I just didnt want to have to buy another
