New website complaints

No doubr the webmistress and minions meant well. At the risk of being
preachy, I offer a few suggestions for the next revision.
1. As you are fortunate that many people access the site, as opposed to
the multitude of bots out there, I would suggest you do a little research
before redesigning the site. For example, what pages are most used? Make
them easy to get to.
2. There should be at least two different ways to access the most popular
pages.
3. Make it easy to get back to where you were from anywhere.
4. Test it ALL before you publish. If in doubt, test it some more.
