A few years ago Rick Anderson (Yankee Composites) put a motor in a
Nimbus 2. Rick was working in the Petaluma, CA area and can't remember who owned the Nimbus 2 he worked on. Anyone know the owner? |

All,
I think Tim traded it to Al MacDonald (sp?). Cheers! wrote in message oups.com... wrote: A few years ago Rick Anderson (Yankee Composites) put a motor in a Nimbus 2. Yes I did trade my Ventus with Tim
I was then contacted by a group from the Netherlands who subsequently bought the glider. I just didn't have the time for a project that big so I used the Nimbus funds to purchase my old ASW22 back. The Nimbus would have been a very cool plane but needs more time than I have at the moment. Regards Al 60:1 and loving it. |
