Unlikely. Hariri was trying to break Lebanon free of Syria. Accusing the
US and Israel sounds like the same kind of denial that claims that 9/11
was a US/Israel plot and that radical Muslims were innocent victims of
the plot.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. I was gone for a while from the NG and I
didn't even know if you were white or not.

Remember the tributaries are the White and Blue Nile...depends, I
suppose, how cold she gets Up North. :-)
