Hi all

Last year I got hold of an Ex Military (UK) Cherry Lock Aircraft Riveting kit. It has 2 X Hydraulic & 2 X manual rivet systems. For each set up it has six types of pulling heads plus all the setting tools, pressure gauges, manuals...overhaul kits.... I bought with a view to using it on my old Landrover, but it is way too good for this, think it needs a better home. Question: Is this sort of set up good for your average home builder? Or do the military aircraft use a different type of rivet? Your help would be appreciated. Rich |
