Granted, it's not really clear what the 1.2 % is related to. That's only a 0.7 degree angle, much lower than what any aircraft would like be using for an approach. But there are still a lot of tall obstacles close to the airport! Are these obstacle charts standard in Europe or anywhere else? They aren't used at all in the US, as far as I know. Pete |

The only place you will find them are in the airport master plan files at the FAA ADO and where ever your local airport stores its documents. |
