Default Eye in the sky

Hi all,
Here is a nice piece of software you might need/enjoy. You need a decent
computer/graphics card, and a high speed internet connection. If you've got
that then go to www.earth.google.com, download and install it. It is too
cool. You can start from space and zoom in interactively to anywhere.

Sincerely,

Pat Thronson (sel)

http://earth.google.com is cool. You can see the same imagery at
http://maps.google.com, but it's not as nice of an interface. Also, for
fun, try http://moon.google.com. Be sure to zoom all the way in for
some really cool extra detail.

Fortunately, it's still being beta tested on Windows machines before
they release an operating version for better platforms.

Wow - an OS snob. How unique and refreshing.

Is it getting harder to find spare parts for your Amiga?

Still running a Comadore-64?

Seems like only 32 years ago that we landed on the Moon.

Cute, but Nasa Worldwind shows much more detail.
