Visiting Norway - Soaring Recommendations?

I'll be in Stavanger, Norway the week of December 2 - 9. If the wave is
working there, and if there's a soaring operation within reasonable
distance, I'd like to take the opportunity to do little flying.

Any recommendations?

Stavanger is not ideal for wave, nor is there much soaring
done in that region of the country. I doubt that there is any
activity at the local club at this time of the year, but
you could try to contact them. Their web site is:

Most clubs in Norway end the season in October and start
again just before Easter. You might be able to find someone still
flying at Os (near Bergen) or Oppdal (south of Trondheim).

Please also note that these are "European style" gliding clubs
and not commercial gliding operations as you have in the US.
