South Carolina airport department knew that it couldn't legally get FAA
grant money (that's your aviation fuels tax $$$) for maintenance equipment and buildings, so it claimed it was "snow" removal equipment and "snow maintenance" buildings that they needed. The deceit was justified of course because otherwise "they " would have had to buy it [them]selves.” Is it really snow removal equipment? - Myrtle Beach Herald Article: http://tinyurl.com/82xaj |
