Lie to FAA, Get a Grant
South Carolina airport department knew that it couldn't legally get FAA
grant money (that's your aviation fuels tax $$$) for maintenance equipment and buildings, so it claimed it was "snow" removal equipment and "snow maintenance" buildings that they needed.
