Hi,
The first Condor Monday Night Soaring tasks were held last night at 7pm & 10pm EST. There were about 10 pilots in each running. Two pilots flew both tasks (one well, one very badly ;-)). I have gotten indivdual feedback from a number of folks, which I will try to summarize he Most enjoyed the flight, and there were at least two first-time Condor multiplayer pilots, both of whom finished. There seems to be a consensus that the join time was too long (it was set for 30 minutes), so I'll shorten this up next time. Everyone hated Santa, including myself. If anyone on the Condor team is listening, please hear our cry for Santa-less contests! This first night was 'club' class. There is interest in running single-class tasks, a la LLC, maybe rotating among std, 15m, 18m & open. Also ridge tasks in the future. Anyone else, please feel free to chime in ;-). Frank(X3) |
