You left out 1000.E:
1000.E - At the sole discretion of the Administrator, or his duly appointed deputy, or any otherwise authorized agent appointed by the Administrator, may waive the regulation modification and/or training requirements of 1000.C or 1000.E by appointing the offending pilot, or group of ass-ociated pilots to be agents and/or authorized representatives of the Federal Aviation Administration, including appropriate reduction in compensation and, if necessary, additional remedial training deemed necessary by the Adminstrator or his appointed agent. Training to enable the offending pilot, or group of pilots, to successfully obfuscate the Regulations and confuse other pilots, or groups of pilots, may also be ordered by the Administrator. Recurrent training may also be ordered, at the sole discretion of the Administrator, or his duly appointed agent, to include biennial, annual, bimonthly, monthly, weekly or daily seminars, forums, lectures and/or scoldings. Been there, done that, the FAA doesn't give you t-shirts. |
