Default A Q from an Indian student

An acquaintance's son (in India presently) asked me recently whether
it'd be possible for him to go to the US and get a CP license and 737
rating in one go?

I'm sure you guys would know the info

I forgot to ask whether the bloke already had the various licenses
required prior to being eligible for a CPL, but let's assume for now
that he does.

Thanks in advance,

Ramapriya
