Each approach facility has a map the each point described by a lat/lon.
These charts have an FAA designation number which I will see if I can find. I have some from 25 years ago for Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus terminal approach facilities. These all underlie ZID/Indianapolis Center. |

I normally use the IFR Low Altitude Enroute chart for finding a center
