Photographer's disclaimer: Those were the ONLY pictures on this trip
taken by Mary.

I'll pass the advice along to her... ;-)

What happend to Joe's arm?

He broke his hand (pinky finger part) playing goalie in soccer, of all
things. Got kicked in the hand as he tried to block the ball.

He desperately wanted the cast off before the trip, so he could go
swimming, but the doctor would have none of it. It's off now,
thankfully.

We teased him endlessly about it, since he's played full-contact
football and wrestled since he was little, and never broke anything.
For him to break something in gym class while playing soccer was pretty
ironic.

wheee. That sounds a lot like someone being blamed for tire wear
(or was it brake wear?).

It's a good thing Mary doesn't read these groups!

Nice pictures of Springfield and Capitol Airport. Which FBO
did you use?

SPI is my home town, learned to fly there.

Better find somewhere else for her to be during the big RAP party.
There's no telling what lies will be spread at that event!

1st Class Air. They were, by far, the best FBO we used on the trip.

In fact, I dare say, 1st Class Air is the best FBO I've used in
years...possibly ever. They treated us like absolute gold.
