Portland ME to Chester CT. VFR route??
Hi,
I'm from Canada, can anyone offer an opinion on the best route from Portland ME to Chester CT, VFR no Mode C? If anyone knows the area, I would appreciate your comments. Thanks

Isn't mode C required in Portland, ME?
