Obviously, at 29 Palms, CA by USMC. Nice little rocket, guidance package of
vacume tubes, resistors and capacators - pre transistor tech, at least when I was involved. Designed to be blown up, at low bid. Rayethon was prime contractor. Every time we went on a shoot (like thise one), the CO would tell me (the Missle Tech Chief), "Put the best birds on the launcher". You could be right about this one, it might be US Army at Ft Bliss; but the
