Tips on buying a cessna 182

Hello I am new to the forum , I need some tips on buying a cessna 182
for skydiving operations and fun flying.
I have found very useful the articles on this page I am a new pilot
with only 100 hours flown , but I have been skydiving for a lot and
have seen a lot of 182`s .
Before I buy I have been studing a lot so I can make a good choice ,
this is why I wanted to ask you highly experinced pilots about tips on
buying a cessna 182 .
I have 50.000 and want to make a good buy.

Looks like you are starting at the bottom of the price range:

Even good aircraft seem to need a lot spent on them at the first annual
after purchase. I hope you have more available to invest in it than just
the purchase price.

Even good aircraft seem to need a lot spent on them at the first annual
after purchase. I hope you have more available to invest in it than just

The first 182 advertised at this web page shows it only has 400 ttaf and it
has always ben hangered. Why does it have "new" interior and "new" paint,
don't seem to add up.

You evidently are not in the U.S.
Aircraft used for skydiving are subjected to exceptional stress and show
their age quickly.
I have been a pilot for skydivers in the past - Your engine will be wide
open or off - your paint and interior
fabric will show use first, followed by the rest of the airframe and power
plant - it's cheaper to rent .
