You may have to manufacture something the faa should approve it if its safe!
If they deny it I bet the ACLU would have fun with the FAA if they denied an approval for something you manufactured to make your airplane adaptable to your disability. "Jerry J. There is an STC for the Pipers PA-28, PA-28R and PA-32. The Fred Weick Hand Control For Rudder Pedals. STC SA472SO Fred also designed the Ercoupe which is available without rudder pedals and a hand brake.
