Challenge: MI8 (0/1)
While on a fly fishing trip to Kamchatka, Russia, it was necessary to
fly in this MI8 to get up-river approximately 200 miles. It was a military MI8 with the pilots in BDUs. We managed to pack about 14 people AND all their baggage into this noisy contraption before taking off from an unused potato field about 20 miles north of Petropavlosk. Note the five bladed rotor which gave off a resonance inside that I put words to: "Drink more vodka, drink more vodka." Dave
