I've lost a total of 70 lbs in just over 3mths on Medifast. Is anyone
else having these kinds of results ? This diet is absolutely amazing
and definately worth a look for yourself.

You only lost 70 pounds? I know people who have wasted hundreds of dollars
on it.

Of course, with the exchange rate these days... ;-)

"Medifast is a portion-controlled, low-calorie weight loss program that
helps you lose weight faster and more effectively than traditional diets."

I think the key phrase is portion control. Save your money eat less. No need
to show how much a mug you are by paying a fortune to eat less. You can eat
less for free.

There are some suckers everywhere.

Spammers are lower than pond scum. Never do business with a spammer.

If you want to lose weight, just go to your doctor and ask for a diabetic
diet guide. Follow it religiously. You will lose gobs of weight and protect
yourself from the #1 dread disease of US adults at the same time. To lose
weight, to protect yourself from diabetes, to reduce your cardiac risk factors,
to live longer, you don't have send money to anyone on the Internet.
