A new Navy program operator has begun operations north of Pensacola,
FL and is looking for some seasoned instructors who are willing to follow a curriculum and procedures. Will fly an average 4-6 hours a day plus pre/post briefings. Well structured school, good management that cares about its people, well maintained aircraft. Instructors are salaried as opposed to per hour but are expected to produce revenue time for the company. The student load is averaging 20-30 full time motivated educated students who go from start to finish of zero time to 25 hours in less than 6 weeks including a week of ground school.
