Boeing has done a number of proposals for foreign air forces regarding
the 767 tanker. The IAF tanker(s) have been on the books for a while. I remember seeing the first one just recently being readied for delivery to the modification center to have the refueling and systems stuff installed before the IAF gets it. Henry J.
