You obviously never saw these in flight !!!
Low Level in the air they were awesome, quite possibly the most beautiful aircraft - ever. cheers D

I, too, thought it was ugly, based on pictures. Then I made an Airfix model, which brought out that as a3D object it had great grace & charm. I've never seen one fly, but the statics also show the same grace.
