The evaluation report is actually available on stinet: http://stinet.dtic.mil/ Tons of stuff there use the advanced search options, but prepare to be distracted The main upshot of the preport was that the Russian seat did provide some performance improvements, but that those improvements would only be useful in about 2% of all ejections.
