You've been asked 5 times in a nice, diplomatic way by "Ricky" to
simply provide one reference to the respected literature that you use.
You have said over & over again that you cut & paste and use well-
known, respected, legitimate aviation resources for your information.
In particular, I would like to see what legitimate publication you got
the "you must fly by instruments while in IMC" information.
