Soaring in the third world.

While visiting a relative working in the Philipines last January, I
had the pleasure of meeting an extrordinary German glider pilot and
instructor, Rolf Dunder. What makes him special is that he wants to
introduce soaring to people on Luzon while investing tremendous amount
of energy and personal resources into his vision. Though it's a long
and labourius path for Rolf, I had the feeling that he has the drive
