Steve, Saw that on the list and wondered who you paid to get it included ;-). I want to see it fly or come fly it sometime. It was my dream ship before I got my licence. How is it compared to the 604 and Nimbus II. Open class ships are fun to fly, just not fun to rig and move on the ground. Now I just fly the kiddie gliders. Tim I'll never tell. ;-) The BS1 is a delight to fly. Very well balanced controls, good performance. The canopy is a real pain at something over 6 feet long, and not hinged. But, I have managed to take it off and safely set it down in a 20 MPH wind. As for assembly, they aren't bad at all with one man rig dollies. Although the axle does take a noticable bend with the BS1 wing in it! I can put the 604 by myeslf in about 45 minutes, lifting nothing heavier than the tip of a 15 meter ship wing. And the ground handling? Tow bars, wing wheels, and take it slow. Steve |
