Sully returns to the Air Force Academy
those of you that fly competition in Region 9, should recognize the
quotes from the cadets at the end of the story (competitors we have seen and met at glider contests) and the Duo is one that is flown every year.....Good to see Capt. Sullenberger back at the academy and talking to the "future" glider pilots, that he will help inspire to stay with their glider hours, even after they leave the Air Force. Good recruitment!
