Canard Rotor Wing, manuverability compared to conventional helicopter?

given that they're working on the dragonfly UAV, I was wondering, how
does the Canard Rotor wing compare to a conventional helicopter at the
same speeds? Certainly it can fly faster, but is it just as
manuverable when operationg in the helicopter mode?
