I haven't seen much of our friend lately. But then I haven't been looking.

I did see where some people noted that using certain encodings can be simple.
Even with MSOE. It's always been that certain people _refused_ to use it, not
that it was impossible or even difficult to do. But certain people must do
things _their_ way. Fine. They can, if they want to, refuse to download stuff
encoded in a certain way. This will not stop _me_ from downloading that
stuff, nor will it prevent me from using the encoding system that best meets
my needs when I upload stuff.

If they dislike this, too damn bad... for them. There's nothing that says
they _have_ to read my stuff. And there's nothing that says I have to pay the
least attention to luddite morons.
