ID Nov21 or 22 1971 S. Viet Naval A/C Loss?

Does anyone have any information concerning any US naval aircraft losses on
these days and the fate of the crew(s)?

I'll explain more if I can pin one of these losses down. I am looking for
just basic information on one rescue incident.

The particular incident I am researching occurred in South Vietnam,
somewhere in the Northern part of the country.
