OGMA to reactivate Pakistani P-3Cs

OGMA was chosen by Lockheed-Martin to perform the "reanimation" of two
Pakistan Navy P-3Cs - grounded since 1999 - , together with the delivery of
eight (8) surplus ex-USN P-3B HW Orions, according to a 1 November
press-release of the Portuguese Ministry of Defense.

The recovery of the two aircraft will be performed by Pakistani technicians
under OGMA's supervision, in Karachi Naval Air Station. The deal that
includes the P-3 airframe recuperation and overhaul, modernization and
sensor upgrade, is estimated to be worth ? 5.3 Million.
