Hello,
here is a picture taken in Greece in summer 2002, some 11 km north of Larissa (see Google Earth file). Has anyone some information about a serial of the origin of this chopper ? Thanks in advance, -- D520 Light aviation : http://tagazous.free.fr Roundels of the World : http://cocardes.monde.online.fr/v2html/en/accueil.html I tried a Google with just 'Larissa Sikorsky' and suprisingly found a picture on :- http://www.planepictures.net/netsear...=actype&srng=2 that looks like your one. In case the link fails it would appear to be 13930 preserved at Soukas Robotics, Ex Athine, Ex USAF 51-3830. Hope this helps. -- Andrew B (Cheshire, England) "Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible." (Lord Kelvin, president Royal Society, 1895.) |

-- Andrew B (Cheshire, England) "Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible." (Lord Kelvin, president Royal Society, 1895.) Sorry, it should read 51-3930. I shouldn't type in subdued lighting. -- Andrew B (Cheshire, England) "Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible." (Lord Kelvin, president Royal Society, 1895.) |

Well done, thanks ! And, sorry for pp.net... I search through a.net only... And searched for Larissa + S-55, or H-19... but not Sikorsky...
