The Garmin is a nice unit. But I have a King KLN90B that allows me to
do everything a Garmin does (well I have a seperate radio and VOR). And the KLN90B installation, buying a used one, would be about $5000. So you don't HAVE to spend that much. Ah, I don't have the roll steerring. ok.. I know of airports that charge a "percentage of gross receipts" in lew
of lower costs for floor space and doing business at the airport.. but be the avionics shop way of identifying the charge.. so you can be ****ed at the airport management and not the shop for higher charges. Plus it keeps him from paying the income fee on what he needs to pay the airport. BT "Dan Luke" wrote in message ...
