Pilot Life Insurance Question

I am looking for some opinions on life insurance. I currently have
PIC/Lincoln Benefit and they are charging me twice what Midland National has
proposed to me for the same policy. Both have aviation/pilot riders.

Does anybody have any experience with the two companies to give an opinion?

I took out a term policy with them many years ago after securing a
decreasing term with my homeowners/car insurance company. PIC was about
$40/month cheaper for a straight term. Interestingly enough, I am doing
some financial planning (who has finances owning a plane) and discovered
I can get life insurance outside cheaper that my company group offered
policies.
