Problem with Power Post 2000

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering of someone can offer advice as to why my installation of Power
Post 2000 will not post images to this newsgroup.

My previous computer croaked and I have just set up a new one. This
necessitated installing Power Post 2000 on the new computer. My set up must
be OK because I can send stuff to alt.binaries.test, but for some reason
anything I send does not show up on alt.binaries.pictues.aviation. Or.
perhaps it, did and my newsreader did not pick it up. I know the software is
old, but has served me well in the past. Maybe someone can suggest an
alternative if Power Post 2000 needs to be abandoned.

I just did the exact same thing a few weeks ago. I am using PP2000
version 1.3 which I don't think does y-Enc. It is working fine. I can
only suggest to double check the NNTP news server address & the log-on
in the program settings.

I also sometimes use Xnews. It does just about everything, for free.

Thanks Dale. As it turns out I had mistyped the the newsgroup name. I just
noticed that I even mistyped it in my earlier message body! LOL Must be
getting old.
