Although he got out all right and he saw his EWO's chute open, he never saw
the EWO again.


The FB-111 had an ejection capsule and crew did not have individual
parachutes.

The crew did not remain in the ejection capsule, did they? Once free of the
aircraft, didn't they separate from the capsule?
